
Denise Morton
As a Professional Coach, Denise brings 10 years experience as a Head teacher to her coaching and mentoring of individuals and teams. She has lead an outstanding school and took her last school from ‘special measures’ to ‘good with outstanding behaviour and leadership’. Key to her success is her belief in establishing a coaching culture in the school in order to motivate staff, support leaders to develop skills and manage teams effectively, and to develop aspiring leaders.
She has completed a coaching qualification awarded by the Institute of Leadership and Management, and the ORSC Practitioner Series in Systemic Coaching. She is an NLP Practitioner and is a fluent communicator in sign language. Denise has a broad and comprehensive understanding of working with a children and adults with a range of special needs including deafness and autism.
Denise is married and lives in South West London and aspires to train their dog, Ela, to be better behaved.
