Duncan Muller

Before becoming a Professional Coach, Duncan spent more than 20 years working in the creative and marketing industries – as an Art Director, Video Producer, Advertising Manager and Account Handler. He has a breadth of experience internationally and in the UK, across brands such as The Open University, Renault, Visa, Ballantine’s, BT, Sky, Hewlett-Packard and Chivas Regal.

While he enjoyed those years (especially when motivating and inspiring colleagues), he’s thrilled to have now found real purpose as a Professional Coach, helping develop top-performing teams. Because now he’s really clear that his mission is to unlock peoples’ potentials and help them move forward.

Using a combination of tools from Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching and Team Coaching International, Duncan’s approach works on the entire team as a single ‘living’ system to reveal the team’s strengths and challenges. Then an action plan is created, ensuring the team works better together in a way that positively impacts the business.

He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC). That means he’s qualified and specialises in Team Coaching.

Duncan has trained at some of the world’s leading coaching schools, such as the Coaches Training Institute, the Centre for Right Relationship, Team Coaching International, Leadership Circle Profile and the Firework Coaching Company. Thriving when learning and developing himself (he’s studied a fair bit), he also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art, a Diploma in Marketing Management, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Duncan lives with Tracy, his wife, in Ealing, West London and when not working, enjoys running and cycling.
